Abstract

Complete fetal heart block is a rare type of arrhythmia characterized by a decrease in the fetal heart rate outside the accepted range of 110 to 160 beats per minute; It can usually lead to fetal hemodynamic decompensation, hydrops and death. The case of a fetus with a prenatal diagnosis of autoimmune fetal heart block is presented, which allowed planning the neonatal birth with a comprehensive multidisciplinary team. Due to the rarity of prenatal diagnosis of this entity, the most representative case and clinical findings are described.
