Abstract

A 24-year-old female patient G4P2C1 presents with a history of transvaginal bleeding and amenorrhea for 5 weeks. Physical examination showed no findings of interest. Vaginal ultrasound was performed, showing 5 weeks gestation, with embryo with heart rate present, located in the anterior uterine wall, in relation to previous cesarean scar. Based on the COS (Crossover sign) classification it is determined to be a COS-1. In addition, with intramural myoma of 9 cm in the anterior uterine wall and adjacent to the ectopic pregnancy. Patient with satisfied parity and unplanned pregnancy. Risks were explained and it was decided to perform a total abdominal hysterectomy.
